BRENO unit: a versatile plant, to be close to market needs and be able to quickly develop new products.
Here we produce the special yarns and the smaller lots to have flexibility and service. The technology asset is varied to test and produce the most different types of yarns: Ring spun combed and carded, compact, slubbed, core-spun and core- yarn elastic or rigid. We can cover a wide range of titles, ranging from thicker and more obvious to the thinner and more refined Pima cottons, also blended with cellulosic or noble fibers.
This is the yarns laboratory of the Niggeler & Kupfer textile group, where ideas come to life and the needs of customers realized.

Filature de Mahdia: located in Tunisia, is the production plant for the more traditional cottons and bulk lots. The favorable conditions of cost, of geographical and cultural proximity are the best factors of competitiveness to make qualified products at a good price and with fast timing.
Production technologies include the traditional open-end, combed and carded ring spun, compact ring, double-twist twisting machines and finally the devices for elastic and slubbed.
We also produce Modal / cotton and we can provide all types of twisted and balanced yarns with paraffin for garment dyeing.
